Adamantine® Yoga FAQ
What should I bring to class?
Please bring your own yoga mat, and either wear or bring clothes that you can move easily in. There are facilities on-site to change. We have yoga blocks available for you to use in the studio, and the only other piece of equipment Adamantine® Yoga practitioners regularly use is a hand towel, which may be something to consider if you perspire easily on exertion.
When is the best time for me to attend?
There really is no best time, it depends on what works for you. We will need to know in advance before you begin your free yoga trial as you will require closer supervision as a new practitioner. Once you become a member, you can arrive anytime during our regularly scheduled Guided Self-Practice class hours. Please let us know the ideal day/time for you to start when you request your free yoga trial.
Adamantine® Yoga is an individualized practice, and practitioners may arrive at any time during the available Guided Self-Practice class times. Please account for 45 minutes to an hour for practice.
